Stu Charno

Stu Charno, multi-talented artist and originator of a unique and innovative movement program called “New Body Habits” is my special guest on this 12 minute podcast where he shares his prescription for easy and simple ways to FEEL GOOD in your body. His inspiration for natural healing followed a diagnosis of MS treated by pharmaceutical injections with nasty side effects.

Listen in to see how this amazing man turned to simple practices for health and well being…you can learn them too!

Stu has been an actor, jazz pianist, and teacher of Shing Yi (a rare martial art) for the last 30 years. The “New Body Habits” program was developed from his knowledge of Shing Yi, and his desire to take the “martial” out of martial arts. His beautiful spirit and lively energy is bound to inspire you. “New Body Habits” has been tested on NBA players and will be launching to the greater world later this year.

Stay tuned to what is happening with Stu by going to StuCharno.com.

For the next week…I invite and encourage you to start your day and end your day smiling, for no particular reason, and see what happenslet me know what you notice…:) :) :)

Green Think #43 - International Love and Inspiring Men

Monday, December 7th, 2009

This episode of Green Think highlights two inspiring men from different corners of the world. Elliot Hiller, currently living in France, author of a book titled “All You Need to Know About Everything” describes how we can remove inner obstacles and find our talents and skills. He talks about his method of uncovering the amazing sculptures we have living inside of us. In addition, my second guest is the multi-talented Stuart Charno who brings an edubration to Green Think by entertaining and blessing us with his humor and thoughts from his amazing life as a martial artist, actor, writer, musician, etc… I told you he was multi-talented.

Listen to Elliot and Stu now…

Elliot Hiller

Elliot was born and grew up in London, England. He studied Movement Therapy in Switzerland for four years before moving with his young family to Germany, where he worked in a number of clinics specializing in the long term treatment of patients with substance abuse and addiction problems.

He became a leading specialist in this field, training other therapists and speaking all over Europe on Preventative Education. His book is the documentation of all he learned from his therapy work.

Stu has been practicing Shing-Yi for thirty years, also acting in film, tv, commercials and stage for 30 years, playing piano for 40 years and writing for his entire life.

After all the years of studying and teaching the internal martial art Shing-Yi, he has developed his own ‘Body-Mind’ practices called ‘New Body Habits. He shares what he sees when people find their ‘good juice’ and how simple it is to start relaxing. He is such a multi-talent with a wide breadth of wisdom to share…don’t miss him…he even sings one of his own songs “Everybody’s Right.”

What good juice can you create today?
