CBL#159 – Soul Hearted Partnerships Begin with Self-Love

Saturday, March 3rd, 2012

Soul-hearted self-love is the topic.

Women are becoming aware of how little we know about our bodies and our sources of pleasure. Coach Betty Louise presented a WHOA Baby this week from an blog article on "The Internal Clitoris." It may shock and amaze you to learn that the pleasure organ for a woman, the clitoris, is something that has just recently been studied. Medicine did not feel it important to understand as it only served the function of sexual pleasure for a woman. How much good medicine for our planet is there when women are feeling beautiful and sexual?

In addition on this episode, Dr. Debra Reble, in her new book "Soul-hearted Partnerships: Creating the Ultimate Experience of Love, Passion, and Intimacy," writes that we have 1000s of soul mates in our lifetime. The ones that become soul-hearted partnerships are those where each individual does the inner work of soul-hearted self love. This can be romantic partners, business partnerships, family relationships, etc. To listen to all the gems of wisdom shared, click the listen button below.

In the provocative new model of relationship set forth in Soul-Hearted Partnership, longtime counselor Debra L. Reble, Ph.D., shows how dreams of amazing relationships come true when individuals cultivate first a soul partnership with themselves. Soul-Hearted Partnership lays the groundwork by presenting a series of spiritual principles for integrating body, heart, spirit, and soul and intertwining the combined energies with those of a loved one, while acknowledging the shared energy source.  www.debrareble.com and www.soulheartedpartnership.com

CBL#158 – Unlocking the Organic Orgasmic Goddess Within

Saturday, February 25th, 2012

How can we go from an ordinary life to an extraordinary life?

Answer: By unlocking the organic orgasmic goddess within, and creating extraordinary relationships.

On this episode, I share a WHOA Baby from Erik Anderson, author of "The Monogamy Gap: Men, Love, and the Reality of Cheating." He writes, "Monogamy is failing men. Not only is it failing them, but it's a 'socially compelled sexual incarceration' that can lead to a life of anger and contempt." It is a strong statement, and no matter where you stand on it, the facts are certainly pointing to dishonesty and cheating in most relationships. WHOA Babies are about paying attention in new ways. If women felt deeply beautiful and sexual and passionately in love with themselves, I wonder how they would feel about monogamy. Listen to the show, and let me know what you think. Click the listen button below.

Also on this show, the beautiful Amanda Elo'esh Johnsen joins me to talk "Sexual Bliss through Good Housekeeping." Cleansing inside and out as a practice of living. One of the inspiration gems Amanda shared was "Abundance can be had by receiving what is being given." There are so many more to come as together we have created a juicy call titled "Unlocking the Organic Orgasmic Goddess Within." Details below. If you resonated with this interview, you will not want to miss this FREE call.

CBL#156 – The Mystery of Belief with Christopher “Divinity” Dines

Saturday, February 11th, 2012

What happens when positive Coach Betty Louise has a dark day? Well that is what I shared on the show today. Last week, I had a physically painful day where my joints were inflamed and painful and I could not muster a positive thought in my head. I did not even recognize myself…I kept saying "Who am I?" Well who I was began to expand in that moment by embracing my darkness and all the vulnerability and truth that lived there. How did I make it organic and orgasmic? Listen to the show to find out.

Christopher "Divinity" Dines was my special guest, and he spoke about when a woman owns her inner beauty, then that beauty shines out at the world. "Follow Your Heart," and ask yourself every morning and every night, "How would I feel if I unconditionally loved the way I look?" were a couple of the gems he shared. To listen to the whole show, click the listen button above.

CBL#153 – Sexual Healing as a pathway through Crisis

Saturday, January 21st, 2012

Rod and Anita Nairne share their dramatic story of healing following the death of their only son. They went from being a conservative middle-aged couple to provocative sexual surrogates as they expanded their sexual nature to heal others. It is a remarkable story. They emphasize the importance of fantasy in intimate relationships. Coach Betty shares a WHOA baby where a report from the UK showed that Runway models meet the BMI criteria for anorexia. WHOA Baby!! Listen to the whole show by clicking the listen button.

Life was torn apart by the accidental death of Anita and Rod’s 16-year-old, only child. Their world became a circle with no corner to hide: A noose that slowly, over many years, strangled all desire to maintain their established life. From the beginning, they refused to acknowledge the potential of sexual closure, common to such tragedy. Their intimacy evolved in ways few therapists consider. Constantly expanding their sexual boundaries provided the highly charged spiritual fuel necessary to meld.

Thirteen years after their son’s death, Rod sold his busy chiropractic office. They designed an unorthodox, emotionally charged focus: A profession where they could work together while continuing to help others. Combining their skills of Chiropractic and Art Therapy, Rod and Anita made a dramatic choice to go where few will ever consider; a place far too emotionally dangerous for most. For ten-years they worked as Sexual Surrogates creating a private, safe and clean environment for women, men and couples to experience their sexual fantasies. During those years their relationship flourished. Their sexual knowledge and compassion for others increased dramatically as they physically and emotionally (always together) explored the sexual dreams of thousands.

Combining these ten-years of sexual research with their journey in search of an existence for their son is the focus of Rod and Anita’s book, Love is For Sharing: A passionate autobiography contrasting their battle through grief with the humor and ever expanding vitality of sex; this is an erotic book for modern couples wishing to break apart stereotyped walls of gender biased communication.

Rod and Anita have been married for 44-years.  www.loveisforsharing.com.

CBL# 151 – The Essence of the Inner Beauty and Sexuality Message

Saturday, January 7th, 2012

Coach Betty Louise takes a reflective look back at some of the gems from her amazing guests in 2011. Her assessment results in a prescriptive pathway to living an organic and orgasmic life through the place of inner beauty and sexuality.

Highlights:

Beauty is an inside job, as Cynthia Desoto, author and beauty research, explained from her book "Changing the Way the World Thinks About Beauty." She shared that when directly asked what attributes make a person beautiful, only 15% of the answers were about physical appearance. What about the other 85%?

Karen Carlson, Nurse Practitioner from the University of Washington's Women's Health Clinic, said that regular sex is as important to overall health as eating and sleeping. Imagine giving sex the same attention?

Nicole Daedone, author of "Slow Sex: the Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm," believes that women are hungering for orgasms, just not what is on the menu. Her Foundation, One Taste, teaches a practice of orgasmic meditation to both men and women.

When we discover this place of inner beauty and sexuality, then we can bring that juicy energy to all of our relationships. It allows us to be receptive to the beautiful people we have in our lives. Alison Armstrong, designer of the course "Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women," says we must honor ourselves to learn receptivity.
