Green Think #48 – Don’t ever Fear Paris

Sunday, January 10th, 2010

I’ll bet there are not many people who would say they fear going to Paris, France. Would you?

Coach Betty offers up a perspective on fear that may expand your mind AND make you less fearful. When you are fearful, you are not able to love yourself…all your energy is taken up with the fear response…brain power compromised…muscles tense…disconnected to spirit…not to mention it doesn’t feel good.

Check out this short Views You Can Use segment, and see if you can’t redesign your fear. I can guarantee it is worth the effort… :)

Green Think #47 – The Natural Healing of Sex

Saturday, January 9th, 2010

After great reflection from last year’s Green Think Radio Shows, it was stunning how guest after guest, book after book, article after article showed that repairing our relationships and saving the planet begins with self-love. My mission is to help us find our greatest love of all in 2010 – SELF LOVE!

Play

My approach to healing involves using what we have available. I will continue to explore the research on the healing powers of our own bodies, including sex…it lives within us. Check out interviews, WOA Babies (news sounds bites), and Views You Can Use Segments from 2009 and you will hear a strong argument for the healing powers of sex. We even have scientific evidence that a healthy sex life is good for our hearts and immune systems. Pleasurable and loving sex shows protection against cancers, and lower rates of depression.

So then…it is a WOA BABY that…

Thirty-two percent of women and 15% of men lacked sexual interest for several months within the last year.” (Laumann EO, Paik A. Rosen RC. Sexual dysfunction in the United States: Prevalene and Predictors. JAMA 1999;281:537-544).

All that healing power going to waste…

Listen to this two minute WOA Baby, and let Coach Betty inspire you to have “More HEALTHY Sex” in 2010 for the sake of bringing more self-love to the planet. How about THAT? :)

A Brief Overview — The Four-Step Process

Saturday, May 30th, 2009

Coach Betty has developed a four-step process to “redesign and realign,” opening the door to healthier relationships in your life. This will be a book coming soon chocked full of tips, but this will get you started.

Step 1:  Clear

The clearing step involves taking short, frequent silent breaks of 30 seconds during the day.  This helps you declutter your mind of distractions and make sure the choices you’re making align with your desires and values.

Step 2:  Assess

Everyone carries a defining uniqueness.  We all have strengths and experiences moments when our magnificence shines.  When we acknowledge our inner strengths, we can contribute in a positive way to the world.

Step 3:  Integrate

This step can be the most fun.  When you begin to discover who you are, you build on what is working well.  At the same time you determine what “meaningful relationship” means to you.

Step 4:  Master

BE a Master of yourself and leave everyone else out of it.  Keep the focus on you, and learn the difference between ego and magnificence.  When you allow your personal radiance to shine brightly, you send out a force of beautiful light into the world.

Upcoming Guest: Liz Mitten Ryan

Friday, April 10th, 2009

Don’t miss the upcoming Green Think Episode with Liz Mitten Ryan, author, artist and animal communicator. In helping to create new visions for our planet, I resonate deeply with what Liz is doing.

She writes:

Imagine a land where love is the guiding principle, where one’s consciousness and connection to Earth is the ultimate goal.  A land where miracles are commonplace and spontaneous healings, connections, and a clear understanding of one’s life journey are natural occurrences.

Experience Gateway 2 Ranch in British Columbia, through the upcoming interview with Liz on Wednesday, April 15th. This ranch is home to crystals, vortexes, and natural flora and fauna as well as author Liz and her husband, and their fifteen horses. In this pristine setting, all things properly align for the highest earthly vision human beings can possibly experience.
